The entrance to the building is through an aluminum and glass doorway, a flight of 11 stairs are leading to the main entrance hall.

Two elevators are serving the building. The elevators are designed to carry 3 passengers each.

The 'Southern' elevator, closer to the building's entrance, serves the uneven floors ( 0, 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9).

The 'Northern' elevator, inside the entrance hall, serves the even floors (0, 2, 4 and 8).

The two elevator systems are in excellent condition, after a major recent renovation. A new driving motors and Electronic Control units were installed.

The uneven elevator is equipped with 'Sabbath' automatic operation.





Stairway to the Penthouse includes 9 flights, 18 stairs each. Security tower connects between the floors by metal ladder.

The Jaffa 210 Penthouse is built on top of the eastern building from a set of three, also known as the "Ella Buildings".

There are 36 units in the building, used as offices or residences.

The building's external walls are overlaid by polished stone.

The Elevators -
18 steps lead from the 9th floor to the Penthouse. A metal secured gate offers an isolation point for the 10th floor - improving privacy and security, if desired.

The 10th floor is the 'Penthouse' floor. Two Steel enforced doors open into the Penthouse property. A door leads also opens to the Elevator's engine room.


The Stairways -
Parking is available at the back of the structure, with access from Sarei Israel street. Second Level parking area is shared between the Structure and the Caesar Hotel. First Level (covered) parking area is shared between the two other Ella building's structures, with additional space available for a fee.
