The registered area of the built part of the Penthouse is 240 square meters (excluding external walls and balconies). It is subdivided into 9 rooms.
Originally, the Penthouse was structured as a single unit. At some point in time, the unit was divided into two parts, each with its own entrance and facilities. The unit was joined again, and it is offered either as a single unit, or it can be subdivided.
Hereunder is a description of the apartment, by its various wings:
With a front to Jaffa Street, the wing includes a large and spacious room, which was used as conference room. The floor is covered with marbel tiles measuring 50x50 centimeters.
From this room, there is an exit to an open large balcony. An exquisite and open view is observed towards the western the south and the eastern neighborhoods of Jerusalem. The wing includes another room with an opening to the balcony, and an open working room, with access through the Conference Room

This wing includes three working rooms, with windows open to the northern balcony.
In addition, the wing includes an open kitchen, furnished on top and below a marble working area.
From the kitchen there is an exit to the open back balcony. The open view from the back balcony is to the eastern, northern and western neighborhoods of Jerusalem.
The East Wing includes two working rooms, which are turning towards the side of the building, in the direction of the "Egged Building".
In addition, the wing includes a kitchen, with cupboards under and above marble working area. The kitchen was used as additional working room.
Includes two working rooms with windows directed to the building's sides.
Floor of the windows is wall to wall carpeted.
This wing includes also two bathrooms. An exit from one of the bathrooms opens to the back balcony.
The bathrooms are tiled up to 2 meters up.
A small 'guests' toilet room is also situated in the West wing.
