The Penthouse's climate control units include:

Air Conditioning:  Two air conditioning (cooling and heating) units are installed. One unit is serving the Eastern Wing of the Penthouse, including the Conference Room. The second unit is serving the Western Wing.

The Autonomous Heating System is utilizing closed radiator system for heat distribution.

The 'D Dietrich' Heating System is installed is an enclosed room with chimney passing out through the roof.

Two thousand litter diesel fuel tank is installed at the ground floor, close to the north wall of the building.
